Your player will arrive pre-configured for your venue. Just plug it in to your network and audio system and Soundsuit music will be playing instantly.
Compact and lightweight
Designed to save space and bandwidth, the Soundsuit Player Managed is the size of a router and light on your network.
Tamper proof
Never worry about an employee changing your music settings or schedule. The Soundsuit Player Managed has no buttons and no local controls.
Safe from crashes
A fallback playlist is stored on the player's SD card. If your internet drops, the player switches to offline mode automatically and keeps playing — up to 3 days with the standard 8 GB card, up to 10 days with the optional 32 GB card.

Wired setup
The player connects to the internet by Ethernet cable only.
Bandwidth
The player needs a minimum of 50 Mbps; a 100 Mbps connection is recommended.
Dedicated connection
The player needs a dedicated internet connection — it cannot run on a connection shared with your customers.
Prioritization of device
Set the player as a preferred device in your router's Quality of Service (QoS) settings, so it gets priority on bandwidth.
Firewall requirements.
The Soundsuit Player Managed is delivered fully configured. Connect it to your audio system and the internet, and it plays. Depending on your internal infrastructure, you may need to open the following in your firewall. Connections via port 80 must be allowed.

Raw TCP — Network default settings must allow raw TCP over port 80.

Dedicated device
The Soundsuit Player is a commercial grade device dedicated exclusively to the Soundsuit music service.
Shipping frequency
New batches of the Soundsuit Player Managed ship weekly.
Delivery time
Depending on the location, UPS delivers the player in 1 to 4 days.
